- Weekends: if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday night, it must include both. Check in on Friday or earlier, and check out on Sunday or later — no Saturday check-ins or check-outs.
- Holidays: stays that include Thanksgiving night or any night from 20 Dec to 5 Jan need at least 5 nights. Peak nights are never discounted.
- Cleaning included. Stays across seasons are priced night by night. You're charged in Mexican pesos at 18.4 MXN per USD; EUR and MXN shown are approximate.
Payment & cancellation
- Nothing is charged when you send a request. We confirm within 12 hours.
- When we confirm, a 30% deposit is charged to your card. The balance is charged automatically on your check-in day.
- The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days it is non-refundable.
